A great book: Baby Modeling and Beyong, by Sibylla Nash.
It is a very THIN book, and costs $14 on Amazon.com, but it is really worth of every penny. It covers everything you need to know to startActors' your kids in the modeling world.
Thumb of rule: managers or agents won't charge a dime upfront. They make living from commision. period.
