Post op gallbladder removal

Did surgery last friday, which aug. 11, 2017.  Today is tuesday, so has been 4 days.

My pre op condition: had RUQ pain whenever had big meal, for 20 years.  Usual last overnight and be fine.  Since this year, each time, pain gets longer, like, few days. Dr ordered ultrasound, yep, stones, possible early reversible stage of fatty liver.  I need remove it.  Well, my aunt and uncle had surgery done decade ago.  Asked them.  They say its ok.

I have low fat healthy diet.  Craving for burger type once a month, ice cream biweekly, potato chips once per month.  Use min oliver oil to cook, etc.  The only thing that not too healthy is i like spicy food.

Any way.  1st got general, which knock me down in 2 min.  The next thing i know, i was out, in great pain, and shaking like crazy.  They inject pain killer, a big one, which knock me out again.  I rarely take any pain killer, so very sensitive.

Surgery at 2pm, went home at 7pm.  My mom came and took care of me for 3 days.

1st night.  Great pain.  Took precribed pain killer every 4 hours.  great help.  Had hard time walk, or do anything.  Totally rely on my mom or hubby to pull me up.  Cannot complete lay down.  So slept pretty much like sitting position whole night.

2nd day.  I had water since came back home.  In the early afternoon, had a little rice, maybe one tablespoon, boil with lot of water.  At night, switch rice with 5 string of noodle. Only took store bought advil.

Sunday, no med anymore except before sleep.  The same diet, except add very small piece of chixken for lunch and fish for dinner.  Feel a l9t better, so walk, well, more likesliding, at home.  15 min each time, few times.

Yesterday. Can sit up myself. Had first poo in the morning, my usual time.  Completely normal.  Before that, ate half banana. Same diet, less protein, lot of water, chard as vegi.
